Nourishing Traditions: The Cookbook that Challenges Politically Correct Nutrition and the Diet Dictocrats. This book by nutrition researcher Susan Fallon excels for its wide range of recipes that follow the guidelines articulated in “Deep Nutrition” (above). Fallon’s book was written before Shanahan’s, but complements it perfectly.
